Welcome to PDF Scanner: Edit & Sign ("App", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the App
• Use the App to process illegal, harmful, or infringing content

2. Features & Functionality

PDF Scanner: Edit & Sign provides tools including but not limited to:

• Scan to PDF
• Image to PDF conversion
• PDF editing and annotation
• PDF signing
• OCR (text recognition)
• File compression and merging

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Content

All documents, PDFs, and files you process in the App remain your property.

• We do not claim ownership of your content
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload, create, or share
• You must ensure you have the rights to use any documents processed

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Restore

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Weekly Plan: $5.99 per week
• Yearly Plan: $29.99 per year

Billing Terms:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

Manage Subscription:

• You can manage or cancel your subscription via your App Store account settings

Restore Purchases:

• If you have previously purchased a subscription, you can restore it at any time using the "Restore Purchases" option within the App
• Restoring purchases will re-activate your existing subscription without being charged again

Free Trial (if offered):

• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon subscription purchase

5. Intellectual Property

All App content, design, branding, and technology (excluding user content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The results from using the App will be accurate or reliable

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the App

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
